Workout Planner & Log
Build workout programs, log your sets as you train, and track your personal records.
Start a workout from any day▼
Open a program and tap Start on a day. Sets, reps, and weight fill in from the program, or from your last session if the program leaves them blank. See the Workout Log tab for how logging works, your past workouts, and personal records.
Each program can have up to 7 days▼
A program can hold up to 7 days, and every day needs at least one exercise before you can save. A program always keeps at least one day — once you're down to the last one, its Remove option disappears.
Your exercise library is shared across all programs▼
Exercises you create are saved to a shared Exercise Library you can search and reuse in any program, not just the one you built it in. Adding one to a day copies its current sets, reps, and notes at that moment — later edits to the library update future additions, but won't retroactively change copies already placed in other programs' days.
Reorder exercises within a day anytime▼
Use the ↑/↓ arrows next to each exercise to reorder it within a day. The library itself — creating, editing, or deleting exercises — can also be managed on its own via the Exercise Library button, independent of any specific program.
Your workout saves as you go▼
Every check and edit is saved on this device right away. You can close the tab, refresh, or lock your phone, then pick up where you left off with Resume workout. Only one workout can be in progress at a time. A workout is dated the day you started it, even if you finish after midnight.
Logging sets▼
Tap ✓ to mark a set done. Change the weight or reps first if you did something different from the plan. Mark all as planned checks every set at once. Leave weight blank for a bodyweight set, shown as BW. Only checked sets are saved as completed when you tap Finish. Exercises you add during a workout stay in that workout only, unless you tick Also add to this program.
How personal records work▼
Heaviest is your heaviest checked set, with its reps. Most reps is your highest rep count in one set, with its weight. On a tie, the set with more reps or more weight wins. Est. 1RM averages the Epley and Brzycki formulas and only uses sets of 1 to 10 reps. Timed exercises track your longest time. A small PR tag shows on a set that beats a record during a workout.
Past workouts don't change when programs do▼
Each workout keeps the program and exercise names and values from the day you did it. Renaming or deleting a program or exercise later won't change it. Tap a workout to view, edit, or delete it. Records update to match.
