Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using Nawtch, available at https://nawtch.app (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

Nawtch is a free, browser-based tool for logging food, calories, macros, cost, weight, and workouts, and for using fitness and nutrition calculators. No account is required, and your tracking data is stored locally in your browser rather than on any server. For details on how data is (and isn't) handled, see our Privacy Policy.

Nawtch's calculators, diet information, and related content — including but not limited to TDEE, BMR, BMI, body fat, VO2 max, one-rep max, and similar estimates — are provided for general informational and educational purposes only. They are based on published formulas and research, which are cited where used, but they are estimates, not personalized medical, nutritional, or fitness advice, and they do not account for individual medical conditions, medications, or circumstances.

Always consult a qualified healthcare provider, registered dietitian, or other appropriate professional before making decisions about your diet, exercise, or health based on information from the Service — particularly if you have any underlying health condition, are pregnant, are under 18, or are considering a significant change to your diet or exercise routine.

Because your tracking data is stored only in your browser, you are responsible for backing it up (using the export feature) if you want to preserve it. Clearing your browser's site data, switching devices or browsers, or reinstalling your operating system may permanently delete this data, and Nawtch has no way to recover it.

The Service is intended for users 13 years of age or older. If you are under 18, you should use the Service only with the involvement of a parent or guardian, particularly with respect to any diet or exercise decisions.

The Service uses the Open Food Facts database for barcode scanning and food data, and links to external sources (such as published research and government health resources) to support the information provided. Nawtch does not control and is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or availability of this third-party content.

The Service is supported by advertising served through Google AdSense. See our Privacy Policy for details on how advertising-related data is handled.

The Nawtch name, logo, and the design, text, and original content of the Service are owned by Nawtch unless otherwise noted. You may use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute the Service's design, branding, or written content without permission.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Nawtch does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nawtch and its creator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service — including but not limited to loss of locally stored tracking data.

Nawtch may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service, or any part of it, at any time, without notice.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
